@Stereoguy yep. We had a beach house in Texas. It was really cute , and I liked going out there. A hurricane ate it. I mean completely gone .I had just upgraded the insurance in the December before because we had remodeled. We were letting people rent it when we werent out there...so we made bank on that deal, then some guy just had to have our lot, so we didnt have to rebuild. Sold the lot for a big profit and got a big insurance check. It was a win win.

@Stereoguy The most it'll destroy is the trash lining the roads. Really it's the people here that are the problem, and they love to go out for a drive during intense rain and blizzards.
