What is memorial day about to you?

It is about remembering those members of the armed forces who died while serving their country....those who didn’t live long enough to become veterans because their lives ended while they were still serving. We should not forget that this is NOT just about beaches opening and the unofficial start to summer, but is a very solemn day of remembrance.

It is about those members of the armed forces who died defending the U.S. i always take time to focus on their sacrifice. I'm currently watching the "Band of Brothers" series as a reminder.
