Just you feel bad about something it doesn’t necessarily mean you feel ‘guilty’. It could just mean you resent someone’s behavior towards you. Especially if it’s unethical and your minding your own business.
It depends on the situation. Unless the situation requires you to defend yourself, it could make the receiver feel that you are on edge or hiding something from them.

@LithiumDrop I was defending myself over something I only partially did. The tattler fabricated some details making it worse than it was. Best part is the person who ran their mouth is far more negative and problematic than I am
Cause it shows your insecure and have something to hide

What if your assailant is stabbing you whilst telling you they’re really upset with you? Wouldn’t you then be like 😕😦 ‘Cab you please stop stabbing me now? I find this very upsetting’. @DearAmbellina2113
