Can someone overly communicate?

I think if something bothers me in whatever situation or I feel like sharing I communicate? I know my boundaries of course, but I also know when to speak up if that makes sense. Do you feel like you communicate well in life with different situations? I am just curious to know. :)

@Fernie Sweet! Yea I have learned from a couple of years in therapy to me more assertive and communicate so I am a lot better thank Father God because I use to hold a lot in, but than I guess it comes with age too.

I think for some partners, that can be off putting or deemed as smothering.
