Can someone overly communicate?

I think if something bothers me in whatever situation or I feel like sharing I communicate? I know my boundaries of course, but I also know when to speak up if that makes sense. Do you feel like you communicate well in life with different situations? I am just curious to know. :)

@whateverhappens That's good! Your are still quite young so I think it will come with age and experience too which will eventually make you more comfortable.
