It probably wouldn't hurt you, but if there are bugs in the rice, it's probably old enough that it might not taste good. Besides you wouldn't want to eat bugs anyway, would you?

I would not eat it. Weavils are harmless but I would toss all the rice out. Most likely all infested with the larvae.
Thoroughly clean the container as well
