Orgins of easter.

Bagalamaga · 56-60, M
My people were pagans before our emperor made a business deal with a pope around 1000 a.c . Everyone had to pick up the catholic faith or die. Interestingly, most of the religious celebrations are on the same date as the pagan celebrations were according to scrolls(including Christmas).

Easter is named after Eostre, a Pagan goddess, and her patron animal was the hare or rabbit.

@RandomForest It fascinates me where Christianity has 'borrowed' (and corrupted) it's celebrations from.
@Quizzical Well, when you are subjugating a people it's easier to do it without an army if you use religion.

@RandomForest Absolutely... Something Age of Empires taught me well, lol
