Someone at the drive thru window gave my mom attitude it was a busy night. My mom was being really nice but the lady was given her attitude

She slammed the drive thru window in my moms face. Have you experience something like that and what did you do?

Lots of people simply have bad days but that is no excuse for rudeness towards anyone. Let allow clients.
I Come across that every now and then. Sometimes it is best simply to let it go. Sometimes I write to the Business and tell them of the incident and also let them know I will not tolerate rudeness from the service industry.
Last time I done that they said they have spoken to the employee involved, apologised and sent me a meal voucher.

You could get out a glove, slap them with it, and challenge them to a duel to the death for the sake of honor.
