Help, what should I do when I get the urge to call my ex?

I somehow lost self control over the years, so I need advice on how to stop calling ex. I realized the relationship was not healthy at all.

Erase his number, do something maybe to get your mind off of doing so, like watch a movie, get some chores done, take a walk....maybe set a goal for yourself that day...like "I'm going to run 2 miles today!" Or something of the sort...

Block them and stay away from social media. Put their phone number on the black list. Talk with friends who care about your well being or hate your ex and they will make sure you don't ever talk to this person again.
