Respecting each other while disagreeing is an ASSET which most often easily change when two individuals start living under the same roof. Reasons could vary.
Might you like the idea of letting him join your plan B to know him better in all other fields as well. Knowing each other comes with time. More you get to spend time with each other, better it'd be to decide.

@sspec well... since he is still working in that company, a full time may not be possible... I will ask him about part time options if some opportunities arise. Right now, it's way too early... still in the conception stage...
