Yup, I found that out too! Section 5 they call it "breach of the peace"

I tried to explain I wasn't swearing [i]at[/i] the police, just in the [i]vicinity[/i] of police. They didn't care and cuffed me up.

If a cop wants to give you a ticket, it isn't a question of if you do something wrong, it is a question of when. They know they only have to hang out for a little while and something will come up.
