I had the same issue.
It's SW notification sound - it switched back on for some reason.
Just click on the notifications icon (the bell in the top right) and you'll see at the top 'Enable Sound on Important Notifications'

@Majorlatency it was very hard to locate , i had 2 laptops out too , the power switch was on one of em so i thought that was it at first but then the sound again , then i took the cell phone outta the box and removed the battery and put it back in but without opening the flip lid phone and tada ! no more fricken Beloop ! sound
