How do you usually start your day?

Momentarily confused

Depends on what day. I always eat breakfast, but sometimes I exercise, go for a walk, and shower, while other times I just brush my teeth and do none of the other things.

No electronics for first 1 hours after waking up. I workout, eat my breakfast shower and then check my mails right before going to work.

I feed the dog, go for a walk, then eat breakfast and read the newspaper.

Coffee, and looking over my finances.
