Is it important for you to be liked?

Depending on who the people are, yes it is. I would hope that people I care about and genuinely enjoy like me, or even my coworkers I would hate to be in a work environment where people don’t like me but situations like that happen, I just think it makes it a bit more difficult for work to be enjoyable. As far as strangers, someone who doesn’t have any association with me or even friends/relatives in a way, or someone I personally don’t like then no I don’t care. It really all depends on the situation and who the person is to me, I’m not going to say I flat out don’t care if people like me or not because I do to some extent and I honestly think everyone does whether they want to admit it or not.

Only for the people that are important for me. That, always taking in consideration that if they start disliking me it's o.k. because more important than that it's being myself

Of course. I’d hope on a regular basis my loved ones like me. Strangers it’s always a positive. And if most don’t like you then you know you are either doing something wrong or doing something very new.
