You have to find that balancing point in your mind where you embrace this sucky non-sleeping reality, but you observe it from a place of non-judgment and acceptance. I find that if I breathe from the diaphragm, and focus in on a word like "peace or love" and just try to feel gratitude no matter how upsetting my lack of sleep is- This can actually put me to sleep. But you have to get out of the worry cycle of thinking about how much tomorrow will suck if you don't sleep. Try not to judge it. Try to be neutral about it. Hope this helps.
