I'm soft. I wear my heart on my sleeve. I let my emotions show. I let people in and get my heart broken easily. And Im tired of crying. But I dont know how to fix it.

I'm no expert on the subject. But I think - depending on how recent the events have been - you should have some alone time.. like a lot of it. Close yourself off for a time in which you can allow yourself to enjoy life on your own.
