I Cry Easily

It is really not like me to cry very often. It used to happen but it was pretty rare. For the last couple years it has been happening more and more. Watching the news and see a story about soldiers working in urban farms as therapy in peaceful surroundings and I tear up... I mean really, what is that all about. A commercial, a song, a news story, a show, silence, all of them trigger it but it is no reason to cry. It is getting so irritating
