I Cry Easily

It is really not like me to cry very often. It used to happen but it was pretty rare. For the last couple years it has been happening more and more. Watching the news and see a story about soldiers working in urban farms as therapy in peaceful surroundings and I tear up... I mean really, what is that all about. A commercial, a song, a news story, a show, silence, all of them trigger it but it is no reason to cry. It is getting so irritating

I always cry over emotional stuff too but it doesn't bother me that I do.. But I guess I'm a woman and women are usually used to crying anyway o.O

Ya, for someone that went from a couple times a year to several times a week it is confusing and exhausting to feel like you have lost control of emotions

Not much anyone can say. My mom asked what was wrong and I completely broke down. I couldn't even say what was wrong. I don't know myself.
