New Project

I love magazines, all kinds...Post, Mother Earth,.food and cooking, Good Housekeeping, Birds and Bloom, gardening magazines out the yin yin.
You get the idea. So out of boredom and emptying some totes 馃檭 I have a plan.
I got myself a desk punch, reinforced tabs and folders.
I keep most magazines for just one article, one section of great recipes, do it yourself.. crafting..soooo... I'm going to cut that special article out, punch my holes and make my own magazine.
Recycle the remaining magazine.
Cool..huh馃

I used to cut out the photos with my exacto knife. Ads for collectable plates by the Bradford Exchange, for example...never full size...but I could mod podge the photos onto 6" clear glass plates, paint the rims in gold, and they became miniature homemade collectables!

@4meAndyou cool idea. Or when folks burnt the edges of a pretty picture ... and then put it on a piece of wood.

@ShadowWorker I used to take articles and paragraphs and ads for things that interested me and cut them and mount them inside plastic three hole binder sheets. I had one notebooks for "Interests", another for "Health" and so on.

@4meAndyou binder sheets..great idea.. but I do have several binders/folders for different subjects. It will help get me thru the winter..lol
