Every single combination played is tracked, at least over here. Which means they can potentially extract a combination that hasn't been played by anyone.

It's essentially a voluntary tax for gamble-addicts.

And whenever "someone wins", the identity is never disclosed lol

@CestManan Yeah, I don't know how it works in the States actually, was thinking about the one we have here. It's simply a way to have the elderly pay a voluntary tax.
