I've responded to this once, but I would give what I think is another explanation. You cannot see any [i]pair[/i] of feet actually against the wall; foot-holes have been mentioned, but it would take more than this. Whilst. at the same time, you cannot see any pair of [i]arms[/i] out in the open; if they used some sort of foothold they would equally need a hand hold to be in this position. A point of interest is the torso of what appears to be a woman (?) wearing tight leggings and bare-footed and also a pair of pillows. It could be disputed to ensure whoever views the picture uses the person lying on the floor to give credence to what it's purporting to be.
In any case, it would be so much easier to Photoshop a picture to get the same results.

The second one below shows a picture that[i]has[/i] been manipulated in Photoshop. What makes this different, and obviously fake, is that our own minds tell us there's no such thing as what our eyes show us here and we don't think twice about it ...

@FurryFace: I didn't even see them till that dude up there mentioned it. Although massive amounts of hair.spary and starch could have been used to keep the hair and dresses in place.

@Groofydorkgerdo: another poster pointed out that if you look closely, you'll see that the women on the wall all have their left foot in a slot and are standing on it.. they're also holding on to something but the hand holds are way less obvious.. it's a clever set, designed to make you wonder..
