Biblically speaking, they are all one in the same. I can't believe the misconceptions here in the answers.

Lucifer used to be an angel of heaven. He wanted power. So, he "got what he asked" and his name is now Satan, god of hell. Beelzebub is basically a god of waste and decay. Which is why the Pharisees thought that was who Jesus prayed to, because they see Jesus as someone who prays to demons as they themselves are blind to the faith.

@SW-User I mean, it definitely does not mean prince of devils. At least not literally. Beelzebul means "Lord of a High Place", later changed to "Beelzebub" because idk, maybe they thought "Lord of a High Place" was too flattering. Beelzebub means "Lord of the Flies".
Beelzebub was technically a semitic god of fertility, and as Christianity thought worshipping other gods was a big no-no, it got downgraded in their stuff.

Lucifer was Satan's name before his fall; Beelzebub is another demon entirely, one of the princes of Hell (sometimes referred to as the demon of Gluttony)

Lucifer is his name. Satan is more his title (the adversary). There is only one God, so any other false deities are the work of Satan, by default when you pray to a false idol, you are worshiping Satan. Beelzebub is a false god so ergo worshiping his.....
