People have a right to discuss that, just like any other subject. However, in a respectful manner. When it gets to arguing, as in any other subject, it should definitely stop. I agree.

For a religion to survive in the long term it must acquire new members, and that means it must take in converts by any means. Religions that leave others be will disappear.

let them argue about religion as they will; the only thing that truly makes life/time precious is death. they will never understand this concept since they feel they’ve got eternity to debate.

If nobody ever objects then all those foolish, harmful religions win.

It's all fine and good to say "live and let live" but what about the people those fundies want to exterminate? Am I to "live and let live" while they are trying to murder me? I think not.

It's not about religion, never has been or ever will be about religion. It's about a relationship with God, through Jesus Christ, by His Holy Spirit. No religion about it.

@Atomic
That's still religion as far as I can see. I am not going to argue any further about that. It's religion and that's that.
Just because you say so doesn't make it so. You can say it's religion until your black in the face and it still wouldn't be the truth.

I agree with you on the first part...you lost me on the second part. This site is a public forum designed for people to share their stories, feelings, beliefs, and opinions. There are going to be disagreements, but then that's where we get back to what you said at first.🤠

What negativity?
I finally see some questions trying to understand others: does your faith have dietary restrictions and so on.
I might have the negative ones blocked or vice versa.

@Atomic Oh. So it's my fault now?
Wow.
Didn't take many moves for you to get there. Epic.
Condemn religious bigotry.

Trying to rationalize the irrational is a waste of time.
