Why did god create a universe in which so many of his children would not be saved? [Spirituality & Religion]

What conceivable rationalization is there for valuing that your children love you without knowing if you even exist over saving their eternal souls?

Those who love Him know He exists.

@Celine Yea, it was a silky question, of course there are people who claim there are historical inaccuracies. Using google you can also find historians who disagree with that evidence.

This is evidence that discredits the first argument of the first article you listed...

I’m not going to go through all of them because you have made up your mind. I hope for your sake something changes, but I’m well aware that not only some, but most people will choose to reject God. It’s been nice talking with you. You’ve actually really helped me. It’s funny how God works.

God didn't create anything. That's the best answer.

A parent has a child. He/she plans to rear, educate, fortify and protect this child. The child will be taught all the important lessons and then set free upon the earth to make his way. No parent on the world can guarantee absolute safety or happiness for that child.

What if lessons, creativity and expansion of though progress through trial and tribulation? I might be granted a full-ride scholarship; doesn't guarantee all A's or even a decent education.

Maybe we're all given exactly what we need in order to learnt he lessons we're supposed to. Some of those lessons will be about winning, some about losing and others about pain and loss. Too often in these equations, the positive is overwhelmingly under evaluated.

you are blaming God for something man chose. he gave mankind all it needed to save its self and many of mankind chose to ignore it and go their own way. that is not Gods fault.

you sure assume a lot of things. i said i don't question y faith. that doesn't mean i don't question other things. like why you are so hell-bent on proving God wrong. is it because you think he rejected you?

also by your own admission you are not a scientist so stop with all the difference between faith and science. it is the difference between faith and you. not science

celine i wasn't going to do this but after some prayer, i have decided to. you said you prayed a prayer and waited to be inspired and it never came so God did not choose you.

Everyone i know, myself included goes to god not looking to be inspired, but rather realizing that they are nothing and have nothing God could want. they are broken. they know that they have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. they, in that moment, are willing to give up everything they have for the forgiveness of God. they are not flippant or prideful or waiting to be inspired. and at that moment when they are willing to give it all up, God forgives them and gives them a new life. it's not about eternal life although that is one of his gifts. it is about living your life for him now.

We are the Sims to the gods. Occasionally they like to dump us in the pool and delete the ladder just to watch us die.
If ther is a god " of which I doubt" he gives not one little crap what happens to any of us
