First up would be retro-viruses.
I've offered three possibilities to account for that evidence, but of course that's just off the top of my head, and I don't claim that list to be exhaustive, so feel free to add other explanations... or just choose an explanation from those offered.

On the other hand, you might prefer to demonstrate that what I have written about retro-viruses is actually incorrect.

@newjaninev2 So, just to kick things off, we can either examine the evidence I have offered here, or we can examine how well the Theory of Evolution by Natural Selection accounts for that evidence (that's the Theory drawn from the three tenets I mentioned earlier).

What we won't need to rely on is faith, which is merely pretending to know something that we do not actually know (which is what religions do).

No pretence will be necessary, and none will be welcome.
