I Am Not The Pope

I'm not Catholic but I can still appreciate the significance of the Bishop of Rome and holy crap (hahhahaha badum tssst) things got crazy today. An archbishop openly calling for the resignation of the Pope is freaking nuts. Those people need to get their house in order or something, man.

They need To have a zero tolerance policy against this.
Excommunication and prosecution by local law enforcement..
Then they should allow priests to marry....

Excommunication removes his right to act as a priest, to give or receive the sacrament,
It's like taking a doctor's right to practice medicine.
He's still a doctor but he can't see or treat patients nor can he advise other doctors..
An excommunicated priest would be barred from leading or performing any church activity or service.
