I have no idea what to do.

What's 3 things that make you smile it can be something small like watching your favorite show or having your favorite candle burn

Ummm seeing something funny, seeing a baby smile and riding a bit extreme rides I think.

I'd say do something you enjoy like watching a funny movie like if there's some community fun night thing in your town or just go hit up a movie place and just enjoy the moment or just do something you've never done before like walking a nature trail

I like sayings and I have 2 for you: #1 you can't have rainbows without storms, you're rainbow will come. #2 there is someone else out there who's life is worse than yours who would love a chance to live yours...I'm just saying that's what I tell myself a lot to make me realize that things will get better and I'm lucky to have this life I have
