My two biggest reasons for getting the permit were so that I did not have to keep the gun in plain sight on the way to and from the range and because having it shortens the amount of paper work for me if I buy a second pistol. And I already decided that I want at least one more.
Now people are telling me that I need a good holster and a pistol that is easy to conceal because I really "should" carry a gun now that I can.
