I Support Concealed Carry

But I don't know that can equals should.

My two biggest reasons for getting the permit were so that I did not have to keep the gun in plain sight on the way to and from the range and because having it shortens the amount of paper work for me if I buy a second pistol. And I already decided that I want at least one more.

Now people are telling me that I need a good holster and a pistol that is easy to conceal because I really "should" carry a gun now that I can.

I don't get it.

Why not just leave it securely locked at the range? You're never going to use it in public are you?

@Mikemcneil Without the permit I had to leave the gun out in plain sight on the dashboard or passenger seat of my Jeep. Because putting it in a case was "concealment" by local law. Having it out like that looks like you are looking for trouble so I had to get the permit

I prefer open carry. Always on my hip or shoulder sometimes both
