I Hate Blocking Anyone But

I almost never block anyone.. even if they block me... I don't see the need, but I am wondering if it's really a blessing in disguise when they block me as it does save me having to see their nonsense....
A funny thing happened to me yesterday... I had a Trump supporter contact me, telling me s/he liked Trump.. well fair enough, everyone's entitled to their beliefs, no matter how deranged they are :P But then s/he proceeded to tell me that Trump will be re-elected because his popularity increases every day.. OK now that I have to challenge as it's not factually true and I cannot bear to leave the poor mite in ignorance, the educator in me has to at least try to provide facts in the hope they may learn.. I pointed out that factually Trump is probably one of the least popular, and is only popular with Republicans... I don't think that was the answer s/he wanted as s/he then made an ill-tempered comment and blocked me.. hmm must have been worried I might send some more facts his/her way :P

I get amazed by those who block me. Usually with no explanation. Some woman messaged me and when I returned the massage I didn't specifically say hello, or something. She said in was rude and before I could apologize, I was blocked!

@samueltyler2 don't take it to heart.. I get blocked all the time. If someone has an agenda and I don't fall into that in the way they want they get annoyed and block

@Adaydreambeliever there is at least one person who I had a long standing relationship with on first EP and then SW, I am talking years here, and all of a sudden she decided that I had "outed her," somehow, and she refused to accept my apology. We knew each other on another site, so I was able to reach out there and she said she accepted my apology and still refused to remove the block. We went through a lot together on SW, so it was really hurtful. I see some postings somehow, by and about her, but still am not allowed to communicate. It is so weird.
