Ever wonder how much of what weighs you down

Is not even yours to carry?
It’s definitely mine. But it’s stuff I keep unpacking and pulling back out. Can’t seem to keep it in storage where it belongs.

@Pinkstarburst The past has no power over the present moment. ❤️
@Trippy True. But for a ruminator...it’s home.

@Pinkstarburst To think deeply in beautiful. ❤️

I took a diuretic pill so it's gone now. Screw water weight.

Honestly, you learn in the military how to pack light. You don't need all the gear the "experts" tell you, you should carry. That does weigh you down my blue eyed gurl. Pack your own ruck, decide what you need to survive in, in the terrain you're facing. Sometimes it really is that simple.

@Freeranger Pack light. So many varients in which a simple principal might be utilized. Good stuff ❤️

@summersong I'd rather overthink than under...

I don't know how to manage it. Been trying but I keep falling.
Trippy · F
@MURD3RM0NK3Y I'm no guru, struggle just the same. What helps me however is acceptence. Of simply...what is. Right now.
Piper · 61-69, F
Sort of. Those things I have little or no power to really change, for sure.
SirBenedictTheSecond · 22-25, M
Yup. At least 40 pounds isn’t mine.
Spumoni · 46-50, M
No. I learned to avoid it
Yet I carry it anyway
