A whining White House reply, devoid of legal reasoning. The courts should have fun with this one. Even a first year law school student wouldn't write it. But sycophants working for a three-year old would.

The problem with the leftists is that they have academia, the Goebbels media, silicone valley, and the entertainment industry on their side. They pander to the weakest, most cowardly, most immoral, laziest, most confused, most irresponsible fringes of our society because those are the people who are not concerned with the sovereignty of this nation. They don't mind flushing the American dream down the toilet, and the flibbertigibbet attitude of their constituents will guarantee them a chance to get a permanent hold on their positions of power through a bizarre kind of socialism. This is basically a power grab through malfeasance. This is why they will not regard the rule of law or ethics or fairness to any degree whatsoever. It is not valid, but they stand a chance because the system has been creating this batch of weaklings for around sixty years through media and the school system. This plague could very well kill off the America that our founding fathers created. If patriots allow this to happen, then we don't deserve a country, and those who have been duped by the globalists will be eradicated by the people they've worshiped and obeyed all these years.

Inquiry isn't much, just a formal investigation when all is said or done. There was some debate among democrats about if they should move forward, but the pressure was there. Is it valid? Time will tell.
