Does Baby-trump know the difference between right and wrong?

plungesponge · 41-45, M
What's interesting about Trump is that he doesn't actually have a conscience. All those rules that most of us follow about what is fair and what isn't? He doesn't understand why those are important or needed, in fact he sees them as stupid and limiting. That's why he can shift from calling Ted Cruz a liar whose father killed JFK to calling him "Beautiful Ted" without feeling a deep sense that he's violated his own principles, because he literally doesn't have any, all he understands is what works in the moment, for that moment.

Trump's only goal is to seek proof that he is more important than everyone else. Often that's related to money, but also just the ability to mock others as well.

He would be quite a dangerous sociopath, if it was not for a few factors that defang him. The first is his ego, which keeps Trump firmly in Dunning-Kruger effect territory where he is both awful at certain things and also unable to see the reality of how awful he is (in fact, he routinely tells us how amazing he is at everything, and believes it too)

The second is his impatience, which prevent him from ever forming the discipline needed to focus on any area of competence and become truly dangerous. Instead Trump is a complete delegator, believing all he needs to do is shift all the responsibility and blame for anything difficult to someone else.

The third is that he is quite adverse to any physical risk. He boasts a lot, but he took great pains to avoid the Vietnam War, he avoids firing anyone directly face-to-face, he survived decades of working with the Mafia by being someone who aligns himself with the biggest bulldogs in the room than by fronting up to them.

All these factors make him a disaster for the USA as politician, because he will align to the world's greatest strongmen and ultrawealthy, believing the poor and weak are losers waiting to be trampled, he'll sell out on anything he's promised because he doesn't have any internal principles, and in fact delights in deceiving the masses as a form of power, and he's easily bribeable, because he's always been in it for himself.

@plungesponge You hit the nail on the head. Thank you.

@plungesponge 👏👏👏
No. In a moral sense and in a factual sense. He doesn't know what is morally right from what is morally wrong. He also doesn't know what is factually right from what is factually wrong. These two issues merge. The birther movement, for example, which he championed. It was both morally wrong of him to spread that crap and it was also factually wrong. So, no, Trump doesn't know right from wrong.

Yes. Right is what is good for Trump. Wrong is what is bad for Trump. Laws don't exist for him. He's above the law.

He knows much more than you do

@pikminboy I don't know anything about doing extortion, cheating on taxes, and having a love affair with Kim Jong-Un.

@MarkPaul You mean putin ?

i think he has a right to deal with putin... Putin is one of the most dangerous man on earth.
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@pikminboy No, he admitted he and Kim "fell in love" with each other. Although rumoured, he's never publicly admitted to a love affair with Putin or acknowledging reciprocating love with Mike Pence or Lindsey Graham.
If he does, he's certainly never shown any indication of it.
Yes. He isn’t a democrat.

@RemovedUsername1005333 Not now. But, he donates to them. You'll see it when his taxes get released.
