Within the report, it clearly states a judgement of NO obstruction of justice committed by the President (commonly referred to as "Baby-trump") cannot be reached."

Just where is the supporting documentation vetting the steele toilet paper report? Oh, that's right, pmsnbc said it was true, so it must be factual, no doubt
