If governments were truly interested in helping the people...?

Would it look like it does today?

No, it wouldn't be so deeply capitalist in nature if that were the case. It is currently catered toward helping individuals, the collective is a non-factor. Until we get beyond capitalistic limitations, that's how it's always going to be.

@UndeadPrivateer ;-;
....

Where the hell have I been??

...

Well, I guess we can consider this a project 🤔
By the way, I finally got a response from IBM last year. I forgot to tell you that the quantum computer was closed to public code queue submissions for maintainance so I can't do that little comparison I told you I wanted to do until they re-open it ;-;
I never checked back on it

But I also thought about it and realized that I dunno what kinda architecture or organization for the OS or digital logic is on the computer, or the specs .-.
So that random number generation progran is kinda illogical to go through with

@SW-User At least you tried, that counts for something. 👌

@UndeadPrivateer hey, anything for a friend. It doesn't even need to count for me to do it

The words government and helping in the same sentence is like calling hitler and jews best friends.

It's less about the interest of government and more how the entire political and economic system functions, and to whose benefit.

The government is very interested in helping people - just not any of us.

Hell no 😃

Of course not. Most governments want compliance and servitude. That's why America supports GMO foods, fluoridated water and a host of other things like Common Core as one tiny example.
We would have an entirely different world.

very good point especially when the US govt is helping illegals over their own homeless
Not at all. Governments have always been this way since expanding beyond the size of clans or tribes.

They only go but so far. And then they opt out when its necessary.
