So is Alabama's new abortion ban going to hold up, or will it be overturned?

The whole purpose of Alabama passing that law is to force it back in front of scotus... in 1972 liberal activist justices legislating from the bench said the constitution allowed abortions . It doesn’t . They/ we / I believe this issue should be handled by elected officials...and that it should be turned back to the states for each to determine its best course.

It won't stand. They know that but the objective is to get the court to rule on restrictions.

Dunno. The whole point is to get the courts to decide just that.
