The whole purpose of Alabama passing that law is to force it back in front of scotus... in 1972 liberal activist justices legislating from the bench said the constitution allowed abortions . It doesn’t . They/ we / I believe this issue should be handled by elected officials...and that it should be turned back to the states for each to determine its best course.

@TexChik They said the constitution allows a right to privacy, which it does, and that this right precludes laws poking their noses that far up a woman’s uterus. There’s nothing “liberal activist” about that.

@OggggO it does not say anything about right to privacy , or the right to kill a developing child . The people need to decide this issue with their votes ... not allow activist libs with a highly suspicious interpretation of the constitution looking to control the population growth of blacks ( in 72) to decide it

You libs do without being able to kill babies?

@TexChik I realize you don’t really give a damn about reality, but it’s not about “killing babies”.
