Yup, sounds like Joe is running, and at the same time, sending out a worthwhile message to the world that needs to be heard.

He is legendary for putting his foot in his mouth. Obama was no dummy and kept him locked in the basement for eight years. Likable guy personally, but comes off like that crazy uncle at a barbecue who tactlessly shoots from the hip.
