Focusing on foreign terrorists is all very well. But it means that people only have to look outside for why people resent America. But it isnt just outsiders and I am sure none of the victims really care who pulled the trigger. Lets look at whats wrong with America that SO MANY PEOPLE feel the need to kill strangers.
