Tennessee Democratic Representative Steve Cohen said today that Peter Strzok deserves the purple heart for answering questions in congress.

How does that make you feel? Personally it makes me want to throw up. My Dad was a real purple heart recipient, a Bird Colonel in the US Army, who sacrificed so much and served honorably through two wars. Everyone who knew my father knew he lived his life with honor, and that he would have given his life for this country and almost did.

Does anyone feel that Peter Strzok will be remembered with any degree of honor, or that he is in any way deserving of a purple heart?

Does anyone here believe that Steve Cohen doesn't need to have his head examined for comparing slimy Stzrok to a purple heart recipient?

No, he isn't honorable or deserving of respect but are you really surprised that a dem would say that? Men like your father or mine mean nothing to them. Their contempt for them has been evident many, many times over the years. They can barely pretend to feign respect when backed into a corner.

@kate21 It was said out of the side of his mouth....(meaning he was half joking, and half not). That doesn't excuse him dragging the purple heart and its meaning through the slime.
