Has your opinion of Donald Trump changed since the 2016 Election ?

The man has continued as he started, persistent lying, ducking investigations left right and centre, but more to the point he has NOT delivered on any of his promises... so does this mean the people who said, 'Well, I will judge him on his promises..' are now going to wake up and see sense? Nope, didn't think so! But no my opinion was always that he was a barely literate joke who will harm America, and from what I see that's exactly what's happening.

Trump threatened the GOP that he would go 3rd party.
He told the other candidates he could buy everyone of them.

The GOP knew if he went 3rd party he would pull enough votes away from them and Hilary would win. He rewarded the candidates and other wealthy politicians with tax money. The largest 'Permanent' tax cut in history to the highest income class. He has lied to the country more often then all other Presidents combined, it is public record. He has NO problem calling others liars and traitors if they aren't loyal to HIM, not the office. (In George Washington's Farewell letter he warned about interference by foreign governments and of false patriots.) "I dont call soldiers that get captured, heroes", he had bone spurs. Trump calls the investigation a Witch Hunt, (some Witch's(?) are taking plea deals). He wants the investigation to end because it's costing too much money yet HE wants one to investigate Obama? He has created chaos by blaming liberals and ethnic groups as the cause of and the reasons for All the problems in the country and people are at each others throats, look at the language used by his Base people on here toward anyone that doesn't agree with them, not much of a model for the self proclaimed, stable genius, Greatest President that has ever lived. "What he meant was" and "Alternative Facts". "Aren't you happy that I gave you the privilege of voting for me?". "No wall, no DACA". That is blackmail using peoples lives for hostages, and if they get sent back to 'Shit Hole' countries it will be the Democrats fault, not his. He's "Making America Great Again?"

The difference for me now isn't him. He's a con man. Always has been and always will be. It's those around him that has changed my thinking. For Republicans who have hypocritically spewed their "love of country and the Constitution" bullshit for years, to be so complicit and driven to blow up the constructs of democracy, disgusts me more than I ever anticipated. The fact that the "real 'muricans" fall in line just proves what I've always felt.

My opinion of Trump hasn't changed much, although it has been reinforced through exposure.

TBH, though, I don't really see gas prices as much of a factor in my opinions at this point. I am kind of worried for the future about what mischief Trump might make for the economy and the world, but so far, we haven't seem to have had much effect from what little he's done.
