Trying to taint the jury pool are you despite the disclaimers? Dowd isn’t a young man, has all the money he needs and it is reported thst he and the president have some strategy disagreements. In this type of matter it’s not at all unusual to see an attorney make some mo eye and then pass the case off to others. By now the other side knows most of Dowd’s tactics so why not force them to have to do some work to get a handle on what Dowd’s successor may do. Nothing here for you to put shade on try as you might
