Can Trump be declared mentally unfit retroactively; could we then nullify everything he's done since taking office?

No, but you obviously are.

@SWisGoingWoke This is a Soros bot which comes out of hiding from under it's rock every so often to peddle leftist agitative propaganda. There is never any logic used here, just looking to get an emotional response from it's fellow useful idiots on the left.

@WoodyAq oh I would not despair too much a change of president may bring change of policies and political direction

@smiler2012 Yep, but not necessarily for the better.

@WoodyAq who really can say I am not American but there must be anbetter alternative to your present commandeering chief
Sadly, no, and it would be a bad precedent in the long run.

But the good thing is, despite the damage he's done thus far, most of his official acts have been executive since the Republican Congress has been occupied with protecting him.

The problem is, we're only one year in, and sooner or later, he'll likely blunder into real trouble.

Let's start by limiting further damage.
@WoodyAq Lots of people are working on that, on both sides, even, but the system actually does need a functioining executive to work by design.

If Congress got it's shit together tomorrow, it would still face Trump's whimsy. Even the right wing Congress folks are annoyed with his judicial nominees, and the cabinet members he appointed to dismantle the administrative state are so corrupt and incompetent, it's sad to watch.

I always thought Cheney might be Darth Vader, but at the least he knew what he was doing. We've got lunatic amateurs in government trying to drain the swamp, and they can't figure out which is the drain valve and which is the supply valve half the time, much less when to turn which one.
