I Went to a Funeral

I went to my mother's funeral today. I was sad to see her there. But I know my mother is no longer suffering the pancreatic tumor and that the tumor even destroyed itself in that process.

When I got to see her, I looked at her and I said, "I promise, Mom. I promise." I was solemnly promising her what I promised her before: that one day I would find someone and get married one day and have kids and all, because she would've wanted me to anyways. I will one day, and I will point them in a different direction in life different from how mine ever was, which is off the record.

But more to the record, I went to her funeral today, the 30th of August, just four days after she passed away, and I will always remember every good times we had together and all. How I wish I would do anything and give anything to have her back in my life.

Ma? Words can never really describe how much I really do love you and............. I sure miss you a lot.

@MellyMel22 Yes, Mel. It's kinda like in the movie Mortal Kombat, at the end, where Liu Kang defeats the Outworld sorcerer Shang Tsung and all the souls Shang Tsung stole are being released into the afterlife. One of the souls, Chan, Liu's brother, visits him one last time and he tells him, "One day, we will be reunited. But until then, my spirit will always be with you." Knowing that just lets me know that one day I will see her again, and until then, her spirit will always be with me.
