Thank you so much. Yes, it's hard to see how far we've come. @imLobo

it's usually fear that keeps us from moving on as quickly as we would like to or think we should be. Even though we are not happy being stuck somewhere and want so badly to move on and get unstuck...it is VERY scary to leave that comfort zone, so frequently we move at a snails pace for a while and that gets frustrating. You seem to be doing all the right things, getting support, eating healthy, trying to move your body, tapering off the drinking...which is a depressant and counterproductive...these things are so healthy and self loving instead of self loathing, which paralyzes us. I hope you can stop feeling like it isn't enough or fast enough...like you need to be doing more...that's how I read your words anyway. You should be proud of yourself for working this hard to be ok.You are going in the absolute right direction

Wow. You get me. :-). Thank you for your thoughts and understanding words. Self loathing is the hardest of all to change. Im learning to self love. Best gift is knowing it's ok to love yourself. @Fernie

@spkfrly Exactly! Been there several times...I'm there now...needing to leave my comfort zone and be free. I know you will be fine...you are self aware and that in my opinion is 3/4 there!

I know it's hard. Oh, do I know. (hugs) Cut yourself some slack - you're trying to do a lot of things at once.

You may not be where you want to be, but sometimes a change in scenery could help you complete your goals

A change of scenery sounds like what I need. Changing my computer background doesn't count:-)@metalicblack
