@BeefySenpie I think my arms will be fine as I have been doing resistance bands at home, and dumbells very little. It's my legs I'm worried about. They are already tight and can barely move.

@monellla731 terrible. my legs hurt. I almost fell when trying to get up from multiple rounds of burpees and flutter kicks. Legs gave out.
