I Am An Empath

Hello, I am an empath, but I am also in a twin flame partnership, so I am empathetic towards her and everything in a twin flame is heightened, but at the same time I am also empathetic towards everybody else, I can feel the pains and emotions of others on a grand scale, especially when I am with a group of people, sometimes it gets to much for me, people can see it in my face, and want to jump ship everytime I go into a fit of rage from it all building up and I just have to get out of there, sometimes I cant even decipher between my own emotions and the people around me. I can also sense the sad person in a group full of happy people and it hurts me if I cant help them, I can also sense when people are lying to me and know for example if someone says they like me but really they don't, I see that, I see peoples true intensions, I see whether there good or bad, sometimes it is too much for me and causes me to have a mental break down, I would just sit there staring at the same spot for hours sometimes even days, some days I wish I was just like everyone else, other days I embrace this gift the All-Maker as gave to me even if it does feel like a curse.
