How would you describe a horse to a person that has never seen one?

Big,strong,four legged animals. Slender and muscular,unlike cows. If you train them,you can ride on their back and they worship their owners like dogs do. Their meat is delicious and homemade sausage made from horse meat is something out of this world but we don’t eat them because they’re awesome

how can you describe anything that the person never seen anything, you cant relate it to anything. the person can feel things and have an imagination built on what they feel but they wont know what something looks like nor colors.

It's impossible. I learned this in a philosophy class.
