Have you ever felt blessed because something did NOT happen?

I am feeling blessed right now. I looked over and the cat was dry heaving on my oriental carpet. I got up on the off chance that I could make him move (that never happens), and this morning he MOVED!!! He projectile vomited all the way into the bedroom, BUT...not on the carpet!

It is in such ways as this that I know God loves me. 😂

@SW-User 🙀 Yes, he was eating like a pig, too fast, with predictable results. He does the same thing if I have a smoked turkey sandwich. He adores smoked turkey, and even if I give him the most microscopic pieces he loves it too much and gobbles it...with the same result.
