I think tberefore i am!!
Wisdom perhaps, self knowledge, but that is just it! Do we really know ourselves?
I have come away with my bestie (who will remain anonymous, she asks), to enjoy three nights at her aunt's home in Ajaccio on the island of Corsica. We leave later today to cross the sound between Corsica and Sardinia where we are going to spend four nights. We will then fly home.
It is a respite. A chance for me to think and talk with my friend about the future. I am so uncertain about my best direction, and my turmoil it could be said is making me ill!
There's lots to consider. I have always had an ache in my soul, but my worldliness gives me a pain in my gut, to really know if it will be my best direction! There are offers of jobs, the family business, offers of marriage, foreign prospects, and so many things to ponder.
Will this week be enough?
